We've enjoyed the boat tours and guided kayak tour with the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. If that fits your budget, they may take you to some good shelling spots. There are a number of charter boats/tours in the area. We've found shells in several spots.maybe not the very best shelling, but we've enjoyed it.
